La Militaire Academy collects personally identifiable information (PII) necessary for the processing of academy admissions, examination evaluations, and official correspondence. This includes but is not limited to: Name, Contact Information, Biometrics (for physical testing logs), and Academic records.
By accessing our secure portals or submitting application forms, you consent to the monitoring of IP configurations and necessary cookie data to maintain session integrity across tactical layouts.
All digital cadet databanks are encrypted at rest and in transit. The Academy employs strict access control mechanisms to ensure that only authorized faculty and administrative officials can access personnel files.
WARNING: Unauthorized extraction or breach attempts on Academy servers will be documented and reported to the relevant cyber-security authorities under the prevailing IT Act.
We retain candidate records securely for a minimum of 5 years post-course completion to assist with background verifications required by the Armed Forces. Upon expiry of this term, data is neutralized digitally via secure wiping protocols.
