I. Agreement of Candidate Enrollment

By accessing the digital portals or registering physically at La Militaire Academy, the Candidate strictly abides by the rules promulgated under our disciplinary architecture. Acceptance binds you to maintain decorum and pursue excellence with integrity.

II. Code of Conduct

Aspirants must display behavior befitting a future Armed Forces Officer. Subversive activities, misrepresentation of credentials, or failing to adhere to instructions designated by Chief Mentors will result in immediate termination of the enrollment.

• 100% adherence to reporting times across classes and physical drills.
• Plagiarism or cheating during mock SSBs, Phase I exams, or GTO tasks leads to immediate dismissal without refund.

III. Financial Jurisdiction

Fees structured for specialized training regimens are strict and non-refundable. Candidates must settle operational dues before Phase II of any syllabus commences.

IV. Limitation of Liability

La Militaire Academy is a preparatory institute offering rigorous guidance. While our success matrix is exemplary, we do not guarantee recruitment outcomes into the Armed Forces. The ultimate selection rests entirely upon the applicant's performance before the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) and the Services Selection Board (SSB).
